Terms and Conditions
On receipt of your order we will fax or e-mail you an order confirmation within 48 hours detailing the items and total cost of your order. By placing an order with us you are accepting the following terms and conditions.

Payment
For all new customers, payment must be made by Paypal online or by cheque against a pro forma invoice. Your order will be manufactured to your specifications but will not be released for delivery until payment has been processed.

Thirty day accounts may be opened for regular customers by special arrangement with at least two references from current suppliers to your organisation.

All goods remain the property of Oakleaf Graphics Ltd until paid for in full.

Prices
All prices quoted exclude VAT and delivery unless otherwise stated.

Design and artwork
Inclusive design and artwork costs are estimated on average amount of work for a typical display. If the work involved is more than this we will inform you before proceeding.
All design work remains the intellectual property of Oakleaf Graphics Ltd unless agreed otherwise in advance in writing.

Artwork supplied by client
Artwork must be supplied in a format stated in our artwork specification sheet. Amendments and changes to artwork supplied will be charged at £45.00 per hour.

Customer Details
Your customer details will not be passed on to any other party at any time. We may however like to contact you and keep you informed of new developments in our service or product range. If you do not want this service, please contact us now or in the future on info@oakleafdisplay.co.uk. On receipt of your request your name will be removed from our mailing list.

Security
We do not take payment details on line or hold any customer information on line, therefore, you can rest assured that payment by credit card is completely secure. We do not allow any third party access to your information at any time.

Delivery
Deliveries throughout the UK are made next day by nationwide courier once your payment has been processed. Delivery times are normally two to three weeks for special items of folding display kits, however, this can be speeded up if necessary and four to five working days for graphics and Pop-Up displays and banners from receipt of finished artwork or approval of artwork created by Oakleaf Graphics Ltd.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are not included in the price of the kit and will be indicated on the check out form.

Damaged goods
In the unlikely events of goods being received, which appear obviously, damaged in transit. Especially where the packaging may be crushed. Please ask the recipient, either not to accept the parcel or to sign for it as “Damaged, unchecked” or “Damaged, unexamined”.

Complaints Procedures
We pride ourselves on receiving a minimal level of complaints in relation to the high volume of orders we handle. It is very important to us to offer a full and integrated service. This, today, involves a strong and determined effort to deal with any complaints as soon as possible.

When you contact us please state the following:
* Your order number.
* Your name as it appears on your order.
* Delivery date.
* A brief outline of the problem.
* A viable suggestion, as to how we can help you, to put the problem right.

Our customer services advisor will give every attention to any problems with your order and contact you by return, as soon as the relevant information is at hand. We can sometimes experience delays, whilst waiting for information from our delivery service.
